Style your static HTML web site.

1) Use CSS to shape your HTML pages.

The layout of the web site is:

• A Header that goes across the entire page. The header should be 1/4 of the page height.
• A navbar with links to the three pages. The navbar should be 50 pixels high.
• A sidebar with summaries of the page contents. The sidebar should be 1/4 the page width.
• The main page with contents.
• A footer. The footer should be 50 pixels high.

Create the layout using HTML tables and styles. Create a theme for your site including a background image and colors for the text and borders. The website should look something like:

The forms page should have a form with the new HTML5 input fields, color, date, datetime, email, month, number, range, search, and url. The action for the form should be to get the forms page. Try pressing the submit buttons and see what the resulting URL looks like.

2) Save your web site in a directory named A05 in your GitHub repository.
